WHAT THIS MOD DOES

This mod has been cleaned with TES5Edit and contains no scripts.
The main file is an 'all-in-one' combined patch that covers the main game and the DLCs. If you don't have all the DLCs, individual patches are available

WHAT THIS MOD DOES NOT DO
This mod does not change the meshes or textures of any items.
The mod excludes any changes to the following items (for obvious reasons):
It also does not provide for any skimpy armors or nudity. Nor will it ever.
REQUIREMENTS
The main file is a single .esp file and requires Skyrim.esm, Dawnguard.esm, and Dragonborn.esm.
Each additional patch is standalone, and does not require the main file. The requirements of each patch are listed below the patch title in the files section.
HOW TO GIVE ARMOR/CLOTHING TO KIDS
If you want to recruit your own apprentice, scribe, page, or any other kind of child follower, I'd strongly suggest Amazing Follower Tweaks and the following process:
Other follower managers should provide this functionality, but your mileage may vary. AFT and the above process are the ones I use, and know work.
RECOMMENDED MODS
I'd strongly recommend this mod in use with RS Children Overhaul, because it gives Skyrim's children a much more realistic look, rather
than a collection of potato heads (Bethesda, what were you thinking?).
than a collection of potato heads (Bethesda, what were you thinking?).
If you'd prefer your small companions to fight alongside you, rather than running and hiding, I'd recommend my other mod Children Fight Back. Just make sure to tell them to fight back when they get into a fight! If you'd like to have multiple child followers, the page also contains instructions on how to achieve this with each of the three major follower managers!
CHILD MOD COMPATIBILITY
Tested compatible:
RS Children Overhaul (and playable children's race)
Growing Up in Skyrim
Children Fight Back
Caution: Some outfits may cause a neck seam on male children. This is an issue with the vanilla mesh and beyond the ability of this mod to correct, sorry!

HOW TO INSTALL
Download and activate as per normal with NMM, or extract the included 'Armor and Clothing for Kids.esp' into your SkyrimData folder and activate. Then sort your load order with LOOT. Easy!
REPORTING BUGS
If you find any of the armor or clothing pieces that are invisible when worn by a child, please take the following steps, which will allow you to give me the information I need to fix it.
- Open the console with the tilde (`) key (top-left of the keyboard)
- Type: help 'name of the armor piece as it appears in your inventory' and hit Enter (the braces/brackets are required)
- The armor piece will be listed, and to it's left will be a code like '0A0001234' - This is the item's FormID
- Post the name and FormID of the armor in the Posts section!
FURTHER DEVELOPMENT
Except for bug fixes, (and depending on how interesting some user requests are) I'm considering this mod complete!
PERMISSIONS
There's no original content here (just an original idea and a whole heap of Creation Kit work!), so no need to ask to use anything from this mod. Go right ahead and repackage/reuse it - just make sure you add some value to it (and a little credit for the inspiration would be appreciated)!
I plan on supporting and extending this mod for some time to come, but if it ends up 'abandoned' for whatever reason, and someone is enthusiastic enough, feel free to pick up where I left off!

Hi all, got a problem that I just can't seem to solve: the dreaded Neck Seam (!!!). It appears to be a slight mismatch in the colors of the head and the body, resulting in a visible neck seam. Also, a seam near the wrists, but with that, it doesn't look like to be a mismatch in colors. It's effecting all NPCs, whether it be named NPCs or just bandits, except for custom followers that I've downloaded.
I've tried uninstalling and deleting all mods I've downloaded, even going so far as to delete NMM. I've done a clean install (read the guides for doing so and followed all the steps), deleting every Skyrim SE folder on my computer. And yet the problem persists. Currently trying uninstalling Skyrim SE again, although at this point I don't have high hopes that will do anything to solve my problem.
I'm at a lost at what to try next, so I'm hoping someone has maybe encountered my issue before and may have the solution for it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Edit:
I've given up. Moved on for now to (sigh) FO4 for my open world fix.
Vitruvia - Skin texture overhaul for males' and 'Caliente's Beautiful Bodies Enhancer' mods fixed the male neck seam, but not the females.
So, after many, many days and so many hours that I don't want to even think about how much time I wasted trying to fix this issue, and in order to maintain the remaining amount of sanity I have left and not breakdown and curl up into a ball sobbing, I gave up.
The only way I can think of solving this issue after trying everything else is by buying a brand new computer and playing Skyrim on that. I know for certain that will fix the problem. I plan on doing that, but only after a few years. My last recourse before doing that will be to buy a new ssd (because I am running out of space on the ones I have now), install Skyrim on that and see if that works, but I have my doubts. That will have to wait until June or so because I simply do not have the time to deal with this right now. And honestly, after all the effort put into trying to fix this and coming up empty, I'm at my wits end and am disgusted with the whole thing.
I gave it my all, was so determined, but still I failed.
I truly hope someone somewhere can find the fix to this issue so others won't have to go through so much wasted time, energy, and misery trying, and failing, to fix this like I did.
And to all those dealing with the same issues, you have my sympathies and just know that you are not alone in your suffering.
